Each gift basket has individual shipping rates applied, to help hold costs down for the customer.

Policy

YourBestGiftBaskets.com will use its best efforts to resolve customer satisfaction issues in a timely manner. YourBestGiftBaskets.com will replace or credit the retail value of any part of a gift arrangement deemed to be damaged or defective. YourBestGiftBaskets.com warrants the gift arrangements we ship to have the look and value represented in our literature.

Our Guarantee

YourBestGiftBaskets.com guarantees customer satisfaction, we are here to serve you. Due to the perishable nature of our gift selections, discrepancies must be reported within (3) business days of receipt. If you the customer are not satisfied with your order we may choose to replace it promptly at our discretion, or issue credit. If a full refund is demanded, we may at our discretion, ask that the item be returned by customer’s prepaid freight.

• All discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of receipt
• Claims for orders returned due to incorrect address information will not be honored. Furthermore, YourBestGiftBaskets.com will charge customer for any additional fees billed to YourBestGiftBaskets.com by the shipper for product cost, shipping cost or address correction cost.
• For product shipping to HOSPITALS, HOTELS, COLLEGES, or any similar locations, where delivery is attempted to the street address provided by the sender, on the date specified, there is no guarantee that the package will be delivered to the intended recipient or company. YourBestGiftBaskets.com assumes no liability for product that is lost within the delivery building, fails to be delivered by the employees or arrives after the recipient has vacated the premises. YourBestGiftBaskets.com offers no guarantee under these circumstances and absolutely no refunds will be issued.

Substitutions

• Fresh Flowers / Blooming Plants: It's up to Mother Nature. If due to crop failures or poor weather conditions a particular flower, plant or color choice is not suitable; we will send a fresh selection of equal or greater value.
• Gift Baskets: Based on season and availability, we reserve the right to make component substitutions using items of comparable or greater value.

Fulfillment

Upon receipt of orders, YourBestGiftBaskets.com shall utilize best efforts to fulfill such orders, however, if order(s) can not be fulfilled, YourBestGiftBaskets.com shall advise customer of the inability to fulfill said within (2) business days.

Handling Fees

Handling Fees will be applied to all purchase as listed below.
Sales amounts up to $50.00 will be $2.00
Sales amounts between $50.01 to $75.00 will be $2.50
Sales amounts between $75.01 to $100.00 will be $3.50
Sales amounts between $100.01 to $150.00 will be $4.50
Sales amounts between $150.01 to $200.00 will be $7.00
Sales amounts between $200.01 to $250.00 will be $7.50
Sales amounts between $250.01 to $300.00 will be $9.00
Sales amounts between $300.01 to $350.00 will be $10.50
Sales amounts between $350.01 to $400.00 will be $12.00
Sales amounts between $400.01 and Greater will be $15.00
Handling fees can be changed without notice.
